With over a decade of experience in real estate finance and product innovation, Amresh has built platforms that empower investors to qualify for and manage loans designed for scalable growth. His expertise spans investor-focused loan programs, including DSCR loans, bridge loans, and fix-and-flip financing, making him a trusted voice in the mortgage and real estate investment landscape.  

Amresh sits at the intersection of mortgages, real estate technology, and customer acquisition – a rare skill set in the mortgage and real estate industry. 

Before founding Ziffy, Amresh led mortgage origination, marketing, and sales strategy, fintech partnerships, and the international lending niche for HSBC Bank USA NA, one of the world’s largest international banks. He is also a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2549148).
